M. Joshua

10-plus years of experience in the Construction and Restoration Industries. Mr. Long holds the Certified Trainer Status in Xactimate, and is a Certified Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) pilot through the United States Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). He is a Resource Lead at Madsen, Kneppers & Associates, Inc. (MKA) for the Construction Cost Estimating aspects of our services relating to Xactimate for Property Loss.

He is experienced in the development of damage and repair scope assessments that result from fire, flood, wind, earthquakes, and other catastrophes. Mr. Long’s Construction consulting experience includes projects throughout the United States.  He has undertaken projects involving entire school districts, restaurants, industrial manufacturing plants, commercial warehousing, multi-family apartment buildings, and multi-million dollar residences.
