He is a Resource Lead at Madsen, Kneppers & Associates, Inc. (MKA) for the Electrical Consulting aspects of our services.

His experience includes property damage assessments, equipment and system failure analysis, repair and replacement scope development and associated cost evaluations with projects that include a wide variety of style and function. Mr. Barnard consults on Property Loss, Liability and Construction Defect claims and has national and international project experience. He is an experienced Appraiser on a wide variety of insurance-related Property Loss valuation disputes and has testified in Depositions in matters as an Expert Witness. Mr. Barnard is the Primary Contact for our Appraisal Services.
