He is a Resource Lead at Madsen, Kneppers & Associates, Inc. (MKA) for the Environmental & Restoration Consulting aspects of our services.

His services and experience include moisture mapping of a building following a claimed loss event, microbiological sampling, and data interpretation, and development and implementation of scopes of work for recovery efforts. Mr. Hooper also has experience in collecting and analyzing data for particulate material distribution and VOCs to facilitate in the development of a protocol following a fire event. Mr. Hooper performs building surveys and develops sampling strategies to determine the extent of particulate material released during fires. He has qualified as an Expert and provided Expert Witness Testimony.
